WordFlood is reported to be extremely stable for 99% of all users. If you are experiencing the program freezing up or crashing, then it's likely that either your computer doesn't have a sufficient amount of RAM, or has simply become clogged up with too much junk (this is especially true if you notice other programs crashing or behaving oddly).

If you haven't done so recently, you should defrag your computer's hard drive. You may also wish to try using a program like CCleaner, which can often significantly improve your computer's performance, as well as reduce the occurrence of programs freezing up or crashing.
