Check to make sure that you have *only* the most recent version of WordFlood installed on your computer (version 2.0). To date, all users that have reported having this problem were trying to use an activation code for the new version of WordFlood, when in fact they had an older version installed on their computer. You can download a copy of the most recent version here. Please also be aware that the activation code is case-sensitive.
